A proud mom after 4 miscarriages…

I cannot even begin to express my relief, gratitude and a multitude of other feelings for the positive outcome of a non-traditional (by western standards) approach. I was referred to Stephanie Curran by my infertility specialist, Dr. Hudson, after having had my fourth miscarriage. After every test and needle under the sun, we could not find a reason. He said there had been great success with acupuncture and it certainly couldn’t hurt. It was the least invasive support thus far and I was game. I went to see Stephanie once a week for acupuncture and she prescribed different herbal formulas for me to take daily, depending on where I was in my cycle. I looked forward to these visits as I found them very relaxing. Whether it changed my state of mind or helped my physiologically I am not sure. All I know is that six months after beginning acupuncture with Stephanie (three of which were a waiting period to rebalance my body before trying again), I had a successful pregnancy and delivered a healthy big baby boy. I am living the success story!
